  I placed an online order around 11:30am on March 6th and chose a pickup time of 12:05 pm. When I confirmed the order I received a confirmation that showed a 1:05 pm pickup, but was not able to change it on the app or website. I called the manager immediately to change the pickup time, but he was not able to do so. He said to come to the store and they can make the sandwich. When I arrived I was the 2nd person in line with only 1 person behind the counter. Then 2 more came to help, but they were training. The only way I knew this was because the trainer told the trainee to not listen to the customer if they seemed annoyed. At that point I became very annoyed and also had to explain to the trainer the previous situation about the online order. She said that I would have to come back at 1:05 pm because that's how there system works. I explained that I spoke to the manager previously and then she changed her attitude and I was able to get my sandwich. I believe an employee review is needed.

  The person on register today at 12:35 was terrible terrible rude. I only wanted a bag of chips and I did jump ahead but the person I jumped in front of was still having his sandwich made. Why should ANY customer have to wait when only buying a bag of chips or a drink and the register was available. She literally back talked me in front of customers calling me rude when I wasn’t rude. I was just being logical. I see why this place has 3 stars. Good luck to future chip only buyers!

  Four stars simply because if they opened up at 5:30 am with thrift way they would get a lot more business with everyone going to work that early. I am in Thrift Way almost every morning at 5:30. It would be awesome if subway was too.
