Well where do I start. I ordered from a kiosk that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month and as we wait for our order one of the employees was standing st the front register playing less than appropriate music on his cell phone to the point the other 3 employees had to almost scream to talk to each other then we had to wait for 15 minutes when there was only 2 people which includes myself waiting for food. It was a very less than satisfying experience.

Pathetic people and pathetic customer service. We had placed an order online, 4 value lunch boxes for 4 people, through their website which took the payment twice for the exact same order within the same minute. I wasn't notified during the payment process or even after the completion. When we went for pickup, firstly it wasn't ready on time. Then they started our order 6 mins after the promised time. One of the associates came to us to confirm the order and told us they are starting it. 10 mins later when it was ready we were surprised to see exact same order in 2 big bags. When we asked they told us we had ordered it twice. Why did you not confirm with us when you came to us if it was 2 orders? You confirmed 4 lunch boxes not 8. This is when we came to know they had charged us twice. More over all the items were dumped in 2 big brown bags and not separate as per the lunch boxes. We refused 2nd bag and asked for refund for that as it was there website's error. They said sorry it's too late. When asked to call the supervisor the associate said he was the supervisor. No name tags, no supervisor tag and refusing to understand the issue! Clearly no sense of business or customer service. No sense of how to pack food! Are the people working at this place, really fit for the job or is it because you couldn't find any other job you are just doing time pass here. Does the company take a look at the ratings and try to guage why it's low?
