  Sun April 19th around 3 pm I went in. There was NO MEAT whatsoever and the girl working refused to slice any meat. Barely any cheese, and the veggies did not look fresh at all. The young man working through a temper tantrum and destroyed my sandwich. Not the first time he’s acted this way either. 0/5 experience, will NOT be going back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  came in around 6:30pm on 4/10 and the lady making the sandwich had the absolute worse attitude. no “what can i get started for you” or anything remotely nice, just a blank stare as she waited for you to tell her your order. she was slamming stuff around and rolled her eyes. don’t work in customer service if you’re just gonna have a sour attitude. the guy who finished the transaction was nice and very helpful.

  The employees will just stand there on their phones staring at you angrily if you arrive at 8 when the store claims to be open. Sat and waited and they didn’t open the store so I left by 8:05 store was still locked as they all seemed to be hanging out. Was hoping to get my lunch before work but had to rush to find somewhere else. Shitty service, no wonder everyone prefers Jimmy John’s & Jersey mikes.

  This is the first time I’ve experienced a subway employee lose it over making a sandwich. I went in, and got a spicy Italian, the lady had dark hair, a choker necklace and glasses, she asked me what cheese I’d like, I told her “provolone please”. She tried to peel the provolone cheese to put on my sandwich and it wasn’t peeling the way she wanted it to, then all of a sudden she lost it, she threw the cheese all over the other trays and started to cuss and use the F word over and over again, then threatened to take the provolone cheese off the menu. I remained quiet, looking at her shocked, and her co worker with a long grayish brown beard offered to step in and finish the provolone cheese for her considering her being out of control. After my sandwich was toasted she asked me what veggies I’d like. I said cucumbers, when she went to put the cucumbers on my sandwich, one cucumber landed in the place she didn’t want it too by an inch and she continued to throw a tantrum and stated she wanted to leave during making my sandwich and she was gonna call her other co worker James to take over her 4 hours left of a shift. Then she proceeded to ask me what other veggies I’d like. I said “lettuce and ranch please, that’ll be all.” She finished making my sandwich, and then continued to crash out even after paying for my sandwich, and gave the same asinine vile childish behavior to the next person in line. Never in my life have I ever seen a lady lose it over provolone cheese and throw a tantrum. The customer service left me in awe. Be cautious when ordering provolone cheese.

  Customer service was horrible. The server was very clearly upset. Basically throwing items. Mumbling and cussing about being the only person there.
