  Expensive for microwaved food. I ate some-in and paid $15 for a pick 2, and the half chipotle avocado melt was still completely cold. When I brought it to the counter I was told they could “remake it” which I didn’t want, I asked for a coupon and I was told “oh if you let them know next time they’ll remake it.” I’ve worked fast food before I can already see how that goes over. Combined with the absence of a physical receipt at the kiosk.

  The lady manager, there is very short with people, from what I’ve experienced with her. She is not a nice person. I pity the people that work under her authority.

  5 little pieces of steak, no onions, no sweet red peppers it did have arugula on it, the bagel was rock hard, if it would let me post a picture I would. Gave them back their very sad expensive sandwich. Also the kettle chips have no flavor.

  I was greeted by a rude man named John at the register and he refused to give me a water cup or a for here order I asked him several times and he still didn’t food was meh as I only received half my food when I ordered more and atmosphere was meh as my table was dirty and floors were dirty
