  Waited 20 minutes for my order and never got it before having to leave for work and I also didn't get my money back either

  I orders food here on my 30 minute lunch break and ended up waiting in the store for over 20 minutes and still hadn't received my food. There were plenty of employees in the back making food, I saw at least 6 burgers get quickly made too but nobody seemed to want to come to the front to actually give me my food. I ordered the food in the McDonalds too and had a simple order, there was only one other customer in there (a doordasher) so there wasn't a good excuse for either of us to not receive our food. In summary; they took my money and wasted my time and I didn't get my food either. I won't be coming back here again.

  What you would expect from a fast food place. The food was warm and tasted good. They got it to me quickly through the drive through. Best thing on the menu is the sodas hands down, not sure what they do for the process but it works!

  3/4 kiosk’s were down, nobody at the counter to help with a couple people waiting, no acknowledgement of existence they waited roughly 5 minutes for help. The manager a black man in his 50’s was very rude and gave attitude to all of us. One customer received his food but not his black coffee, and waited a few more minutes and just left without it. My McCafé drink came out not full and I asked for a top off and was created immediately with aggressive argumentative behavior and no offer for resolution. Waited over 15 minutes for my food and after the unprofessional encounter with the manager I didn’t trust my food to be eaten.
