Another woman and I waited for over 20 minutes for our orders because the staff only seemed to care about the drive through. They got BOTH of our orders wrong and then proceeded to demand the receipt and argue with us about it! I was shocked and confused how so many inept and rude people can end up working at the same place, turning it into complete crap. Go to the Taco Bell on Idaho street, the staff is so sweet and friendly and they’ve never got my order wrong a single time. I really hope they decide to clean house at this location because the service is seriously the most awful I’ve ever experienced.
