We came 10 minutes before close had an online order and a second order in person the staff that helped us was disrespectful and grumpy, they wouldn't give us our online order because they said they closed even though the orders were already payed for and processed through the app. They also did not offer a refund for the order online that they did not complete. After denying our request for ranch we settled for hit honey. We got our bag of food and there were no sauces at all. It was a disappointing experience and we will not be back to this location. We have also tried to come and eat inside with our family and they continually close at least 2 hours early. Do not recommend!

I wanted to try the adult happy meal, otherwise we never eat fast food. I was so disappointed. Then I got iced tea and it was horrible as well. I threw it all away. Also, it was very slow.

Extremely low level grumpy staff, they lock there door every night 2 hours before close (although the sign says 11, they close the dining room at 9). When asked why they responded rudely. Not a fan of this place. Go to the other McDonald’s in kalispell if you want some decent service.
