  I am so disappointed in one of your workers at the Idaho St location in Kalispell. I asked for her name and the staff refused to give it to me. She is a short girl with long light brown hair. They made my sandwich wrong, so I went back to have it remade. I only have a half hour for lunch so I asked if they could start making it. The girl told me no. Then said she could void out my transaction. I told her I would just like my sandwich made correctly and I would like to be able to eat the lunch I drove there twice to get.. I asked if they started on it yet and she got mad and told me if I talk to her one more time she will void the transaction. This is not how your employees should be handling customers. She was sarcastic, rude and disrespectful after they made my sandwich wrong. Completely uncalled for.

  I ordered the number 7 after the teenagers finally decided to acknowledge me after a few minutes of trying to make a contact and so I could figure out, what they were going to put on my sandwich and the kids fighting about moving the cooler, So he could sweep. I asked a refund. the girl making sandwiches. Said "Good, I'm sick of today. Can you tell? I don't want to make anymore sandwiches." I will never go back.

  I come to Jimmy's often. Today i had no choice but to order online as i have sick kids at home and cannot leave. The door dash page does NOT offer cheddar on the sandwiches. So I called the store after I placed the order and the girl who calls herself a manager refused to throw a slice of cheddar on the sandwich. I even offered to pay over the phone SEPARATELY for the cheese alone and still was denied. She was not friendly or helpful. She didn't even TRY to fix the issue, just pushed me off on doordash. I am the GM for another restaurant in Kalispell and I do whatever I can to make our customers happy. I will not be returning to Jimmy's after this bcuz apparently customer service isn't something important to them! :(
