  I come to Jimmy's often. Today i had no choice but to order online as i have sick kids at home and cannot leave. The door dash page does NOT offer cheddar on the sandwiches. So I called the store after I placed the order and the girl who calls herself a manager refused to throw a slice of cheddar on the sandwich. I even offered to pay over the phone SEPARATELY for the cheese alone and still was denied. She was not friendly or helpful. She didn't even TRY to fix the issue, just pushed me off on doordash. I am the GM for another restaurant in Kalispell and I do whatever I can to make our customers happy. I will not be returning to Jimmy's after this bcuz apparently customer service isn't something important to them! :(

  Amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner isn't above rolling up his sleeves and getting dirty. This is the best Jimmy John's I've ever tasted and ever had the pleasure of going to. Always a friendly hello and smile when you come in. Downright treated like family.
