- CCChris5 days ago5.0Arguably the best meal my wife and I have had in Kalispell OR Whitefish in the past year. The Himalayan Kitchen is as authentic as you will find. The food was full of amazing flavors and served by a wonderful family from Nepal. Having eaten meals all over the world, I am blown away by the fact that we have such a culinary gem of culture right here in my hometown of Kalispell! Do yourself a favor and patronize this place – the Chicken Vindaloo was amazing, as was the Lamb Korma – with a side of the plain Naan with mint chutney… Can’t wait to go back to try additional dishes. Be careful if you can’t handle the “heat” – we like spicy and ordered “medium” and is was perfect! Tenderfoots should order the lowest heat option, but if you want to feel the burn, go for “hot!” The restaurant is very clean and quite welcoming. This is the highest rating I have ever given on Google, for the record.
