  Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on a Sunday afternoon with two friends for beers and wings, and the experience was pretty disappointing from the start—no host at the stand, no clear greeting, and staff seemed more focused on to-go orders than guests in the dining area, so we ended up seating ourselves at the bar; drinks came out fine, but the food took way too long, and by the time our wings arrived we were already a bit tipsy and getting irritated from the wait, while the front entrance stayed chaotic with people walking in and calling out for help because nobody was there to manage the door, making the whole place feel disorganized even though the food itself was just okay.

  I am a working Mom visiting the area and I have ordered pick up from this location twice and NEVER again. There is no attendant to the pick up area. When you try to ask for help they treat you like you’re bothering them. The first time I excused it because they were a little busy but the second time there was hardly anyone inside and I was the only person in line. Staff is to busy laughing and talking to each other rather than acknowledging paying customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION unless you want to be treated like crap for simply trying to pick up your order. So unprofessional!

  Came in this Monday after work hoping for a chill, easy dinner… but honestly the vibe was off from the start. There was no host at the door, so everyone was just kind of standing around awkwardly, even though you could clearly see plenty of empty tables. It felt disorganized right away. Service was really slow, and there were only a couple of servers trying to handle a packed room. Everything moved at a crawl, and it just felt like they were way understaffed for how busy it was. Also… no refills, which is wild when you’re sitting there eating wings and just trying to enjoy your meal. I felt like I had to ration my one glass of beer like it was precious. And instead of a smooth dining experience, it felt like we were just waiting to get handed the bill as fast as possible so they could move on. Overall, it just didn’t feel managed well at all. Cute idea for a dinner spot, but the execution really missed the mark. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re expecting organized, attentive service.

  I came into Buffalo Wild Wings as a tourist because I recognized the brand—but that’s about all that felt familiar. From the moment I walked in, the experience was confusing and disappointing. There was no host at the front, and I waited around 10–15 minutes despite seeing plenty of empty tables. When someone finally came over, it turned out the same person acting as the host was also taking orders on what was clearly a busy night. It was unclear whether she was a host, a server, or both—which made the whole operation feel disorganized. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it wasn’t even hot. It felt like it had been sitting in the back for a while. On top of that, the same employee was juggling the front, serving, and handling to-go orders. There’s a large counter designated for takeout, yet no one seemed assigned to it—which honestly explained a lot. Overall, I would not recommend this location, especially to visitors expecting the fun, energetic atmosphere this brand is known for. This experience was the complete opposite.

  The staff here are incredibly rude. I've never encountered anyone like this. They completely disregard customers. I ordered chicken wings, but the staff brought out chicken thighs instead. Not just once, but twice! As soon as we received our order, the staff member immediately printed out the bill and demanded payment. Why such poor service? We hadn't even eaten yet, and they were already making us pay? The staff's attitude shows disrespect and discrimination against us, especially since we are foreigners visiting this place.
