- SMS Mul1 day ago1.0The staff was very friendly but…..A long time fan of this restaurant chain however the Helena location shocked me today! It was not busy when I went in. Two people in line. It was absolutely filthy. Upon entering, the trash in the entry was overflowing, with plastic lids all over the drink counter. Waiting on my order I observed: 1) food all over the floor including chips (mostly) and trash, like napkins on the floor in the seating area. 2) behind the counter where they were preparing food and orders there was food all over the counter. They just kept wrapping and preparing food on top of the mess on the counter. 3) the trash behind the counter was overflowing on the floor and the cashier just kept tossing more in, and on the floor it went. 4) the carpet behind the counter which is badly stained and gross, had a box lid and multiple napkins and broken chips. The employees and the manager just walked over it. I was quite surprised. 5) the scale for weighing food had lettuce and various things on it and the counter on which it sat. Honestly if it wasn’t Saturday I would have called the health department. So disappointed. We will not be going back. We came here because the chicken and beef at chipotle are a little bit fatty for our taste but we will return there.
