Was in line to order and the lady behind the counter was so busy having a conversation with her friend (another customer waiting on their order) that I instinctively apologized twice for interrupting their conversation. This continued for multiple customers.

We came in at 940 to eat. There are no signs of when the dinning room is shut down. Judging by the glaring looks from Zachar and the manager im assuming it is 1000. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food, order was not correct and the heat was shutdown when we were still eating. I understand wanting to leave at a certain time but the staff should have given us some notice. We wanted a bag so we could take our food and 3 different people walked by and didnt even acknowledge us. We didnt want to order more food just take our incomplete and cold food home. It was also a nice touch to start spraying tables and the manager shutting the TV off while we were still eating.
