    Ordered 2 baconators and recieved single burgers with 2 strips of bacon each, and asked for 2 new ones and they gave 2 plain single burgers with no bacon

    Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Neither of the people at the windows said a SINGLE word to us. Just handed us the receipt and bags and shut the windows. Isn’t part of the food industry good customer service? At the bare minimum tell us to have a good night ?!?

    Went through the drive-thru today.. wanted a barbecue sauce.. Wendy's now charges $0.50 per sauce if you don't order nuggets.. so I handed them my card because I already paid for my order.. I was charged for two sauces but only given one.. I asked judy, the drive-through cashier why.. she said that Wendy's does that now to help had their inventory they'll charge an extra sauce and hoping that the customers don't notice.. she also said if you noticed your drinks are over filled with ice to save on Pop.. and they try to avoid giving you your receipt so there's less customers doing the surveys to save money on their next order.. so basically you have to order your drink with little ice, make sure you ask for your receipt, and if you order sauce make sure you're getting what you paid for. And this again is coming directly from Judy the drive-thru cashier at Wendy's

    Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food chain, but moving here to Helena, and seeing the quality like this is kind of bad. If I were in management, I would have already had corporate come. And fluff, this place up with new team members and actually make the food worth the experience.
