    First off, i should of known better than to oder a burger from Arbys. My bun was not toasted. My patty was tough and cold. My bacon was like leather. The cheese wss also cold. I mean come on guys. You guys just need to close shop.

    Simply horrible. Bought a Reuben and a Swiss French Dip. Topped it off with Apple Pie Shake. Tiny French Dip with a minimal amount of meat. Highly processed cheese that was flavorless. Reuben was abysmal.. No meat on it either. Bread was barely toasted. Moral to the story, if Arby's "has the meat," they are definitely keeping it in the back somewhere. -Was not to be found on my sandwiches. Shake was decent, though pretty basic - no whip cream as was pictured. Meal was close to $19 dollars. I could have bought two steaks at the market for that much. Won't be back with that garbage level of food.

    Did not receive bronco berry sauce or maranra sauce for the poppers and cheese sticks. I live out in the valley and was mad they forgot it. I usually check bag but i shouldn't have to do THERE work.

    Placed an order in the app for three people. Burger wasn’t supposed to have onions and pickles, but it had both. The patty was dry and resembled a very thin hockey puck. The burger had clearly been sitting prepared for a long time and not when ordered. Curly fries were cold and soggy. Ordered a large diet Dr Pepper and got a medium, pointed out the error and was given the large. Mozzarella sticks missing the accompanying marinara. The lady at the window was brusque from the moment she opened the window. Overall bad experience. Won’t go back. There are better places to go when a quick meal is needed.

    Waited in the drive thru with no one in front of me for over 20 minutes before I was asked to pull forward while they gathered my food, 3 chicken sliders 3 French dip and Swiss meals, and 1 double roast beef sandwich. Almost 15 minutes after that I got my food, sliders were putt together so hot that the cheese is harder than a rock and they cant be eaten, French dips have different bread and are ice cold with hardly any meat, and not a single fry with the 3 meals I ordered.. so pathetic for a $50 order...
