  Environment and staff are great. But this is a tough take on coffee. If you want a legit cup of coffee, you go to Montago, Merc, or Firetower. I see the market for it, but I feel like it was a poor move to place themselves by an already established coffee spot here in town that does a good job. If you like the fizzy caffeine drinks or overly sugary coffee drinks, this is your go-to. Otherwise, spend your money on an honest cup of coffee elsewhere in town.

  Being from WA, I didn’t realize my family were coffee snobs until moving here. We don’t like any of the local stands. We tried this last week and all 6 of our drinks were AMAZING. I mean, we were all impressed. I think the bad reviews are from salty Montanans about the chain store stealing customers from little shops, or from the free trial drinks upon opening. But, my family is STOKED they’re here. Ordering 6 different drinks I thought would take a while. But we were out of there in 5 minutes tops. The other local stands would have caught an attitude and would have taken 15-20 minutes to make. We will become regulars.

  Ordered a larger hot Americano with flavoring, received a lukewarm warm drip coffee with a hint of flavor. Absolutely terrible!

  Thus chain bullying locally owned coffee shops after setting up shop two doors down is low and far from the values of Montanans. Do better.

  Staff and energy are great! However, it seems like the Milk/Flavor to coffee ratio is way off. When they were handing out free drinks, the size was small and you could taste the coffee a lot more. Both of the larger drinks I've tried and even my co-workers have said the same thing, they taste much more "milky"? Might just be that time period to wait for the "kinks" to be worked out.
