    Ordered a $7.99 box. Asked for horsy sauce. Didn’t get any. Didn’t even get Arby’s sauce on the roast beef sandwich. Didn’t get any dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Didn’t even get any napkins. The guy at the window didn’t even say one word to me

    2 times they forgot my food then when I drove back to get my chicken sandwich I told the guy it was 2 times in a row it happened then he had a bad attitude idk if its new management or what but typically there food is fresh and they don't forget stuff
