- JMJennifer Mitchell6 days ago1.0We ordered our food i have a employee discount card from McDonald's and I went to use it today and the girl at the counter taking orders tried to keep my card and it took for ever to get our order as well. I dont know if they were shorthanded but they had a long line when we walked in. Didnt get all of our order either.
- THToeknee HigunsApr 1, 20263.0My family and I were passing through. It was late. We were hungry. We decided that go through the McDonald's drive thru. To our dismay, the line was viscously long. I was tired so we just got in line. Thankfully, and to my surprise, the line went relatively quickly. The service was decent and so was the food. Not a bad experience. This McDonald's was better than any McDonald's in Great Falls. Easily.

When someone brings something to your attention, like when someone forgets to put cheese on every single Sausage McMuffin that I ordered for my family, I called to inform. I was not rude. I had an appointment that I had to go to and went here so I could grab some breakfast on the way, I don't have time to turn around or come back tomorrow when I live 30 minutes away. I called so they were able to fix there mistake before more people started complaining. I called to inform you guys and I was met with bitterness and attitude. No actually apologies or accountability. Just blaming another staff member who was new and demanding to know if I wanted a refund or new food but I had to come back after I already explained that was not possible.

The people at the windows are not the friendliest and a bit rude
