  My pregnant wife went here placed a mobile order waited 20 minutes and watched two other vehicles be served that came after her. She then saw an employee and informed them she had been waiting for 20 minutes and had had multiple people served before her. She waited an additional 15 minutes for her food that never came walked inside and saw the employee that she had told was clocking out.. I mean how can you as an employee of this place think that it is OK to ignore someone who paid for food and not bring it to them. Will definitely be calling the restaraunt and filing a more formal complaint and to get my money back that I paid because I did not receive my food.(I've worked at this mcdonalds a long time ago at no time were my times ever close to 35 minutes so even if they were busy this is unacceptable.)

  Company is stealing money from people by charging more than what their sign says. Just because they don’t have pennies. If they don’t have pennies, they should change their pricing to be not reliant on pennies, but charging more than what your sign says and not giving proper change is stealing.

  Don't go to this McDonald's unless you have time to be sent to park and wait 15 to 20 minutes for a couple cheeseburgers. This place doesn't serve "fast food" they have the slowest service that I have ever seen. Fed up, I left this last time without getting the food I paid for. I will not be back.

  Ate there twice yesterday: once going North and again returning South. Consistent, dependable, and I didn't hafto use that kiosk thing. Cashier was a real person. Parking for pickups w trailers =Bonus!!!

  I don’t know what the issue with this place is, but it has to be the worst McDonalds in Montana. I can no longer order from this restaurant because they can’t seem to figure out how to get food out of the store in a timely manner. Something needs to change here. This wasn’t a one time thing. It’s a continuous problem and today was the last straw for me. Online orders are supposed to be fast and convenient. Nothing about it is fast or convenient.
