She rolled her eyes, turned around to get it, came back to the window and with a very snotty tone said you know now that it's cold, you need to ask for it with your order, it's still free. Have a good day. And she walked away. First of all, it's 47° right now. Second, it's not my responsibility to keep you toasty warm in your drive thru career. Third, it's Montana, it's winter and it's cold. Fourth, it's 47°!!! Fifth, if you want people to ask for condiments when they order the you need to have YOUR people ask at the speaker. Asking for it at the speaker is not normal. Taco Bell asks. You can ask if you want people to request condiments at the speaker. Sixth, you're a manager. Get a better attitude.
