  Food wasn’t good as sandwiches were made incorrectly and bland. Ordered a drink as well and was terrible as it had zero flavor and was completely watered down. Won’t return as food and drink quality is subpar and very overpriced

  Whether a Panera has a 1 star or 5 star rating I will always go - it's always been one of my favorites. But the assistant manager (Ben) here is something else. There was a small issue with my order I didn't realize until I got home. I came back and unfortunately the missing item was actually fully sold out. Ben went ABOVE and BEYOND to make up for the error and was so incredibly helpful. It's a new place so they are still working out the kinks but even as a customer I'm confident they will do great with him looking out for their customers! 11/10 experience!

  This place has been great so far.\nAnd has been everything we hoped it would be. Hey guess for my husband and myself freshness and quality are the most important thing We are so happy to see that they have brought on board Jazz. She is amazing! Her style as far as team leader has always been amazing. Within the food industry teamwork and great food go a long way

  Had a great visit at Panera Bread today while meeting a friend. I ordered the avocado chicken sandwich, basil strawberry lemonade, and a chocolate chip cookie, and everything was delicious — especially the lemonade. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We noticed team members checking tables and delivering orders from the pickup counter, which really stood out as excellent customer service. At Wrecked & Refined, a five-star rated home and lifestyle brand, we’re always glad to see excellent food products and great service in Great Falls, Montana. We’ll definitely be back again with the whole family.
