    Sat curbside for a half an hour waiting for my order. Had to end up leaving as my son had to get to school. That's what I get for relying on someone else to feed my kid on time, never again. Get your act together or hire someone to do the job that you obviously can't. Wish I worked a job where excuses are acceptable.

    Waited 40 minutes in play area for food and noooo it wasn't even close to busy on a weekday afternoon. After getting a staffs attention and providing my reciept she asked if I wanted the manager and I did. Have her deliver my food please and I'll talk to her then (i was also disappointed by the staff standing around in a circle laughing at a phone instead of coming to great me at the register..maybe if they hadn't been playing around my food wouldn't have been forgotten). 5 minutes later so now 45 minutes after original order the staff brought me my food with free coupons for meals on another day. The staff then told me if I wanted the manager I would have to go up front. EXCUSE ME.... she then walked away. I look down and no sauce. Sigh. Seriously still couldn't get it right... and ur gonna make me pack everything up including my kid and go to the front to complain NO NO NO THAT LITTLE SHORT LADY NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I did go tell her the problem since I had to go get sauce anyway and I messaged the owner on fb messenger. Then get tgis... I sit down FINALLT to eat my filet while my starving kid ate his happy meal.. and both fish filet were burnt. Seriously! Sooooo disappointed. Id like to say this is the last time we come here, but I have all these free coupons... problem is they keep giving them because we keep having issues! Sigh. I want to pay for my food and get what I paid for in a timely professional manner. So upset.

    Went threw drive thru. Employees are robots absolutely no customer service skills at all. Ordered the arc burger took a bit my meat is raw very pink. I have been an assistant manager in the burger industry for a long time and I can tell you that was not cooked to standards. And everytime I go to this location. You charge more for less quality food. My fries are not filled to what I paid for. My large is a medium if your lucky and have sat in fry dump way to long. I went to give you a chance plus you had something new on menu. Yup not ever ever going back. Shame on you for not following food standards. And having robot employees.

    This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve seen in America. I am still waiting for my order — it has been about 25 minutes. There are many employees at the preparation counter in the kitchen, but something is clearly going wrong because orders are not moving. The place is quite dirty, and the restrooms are not clean. Unfortunately, the staff are not friendly either. In the hot holding area, several orders have been sitting for a long time. One paper bag for a single item has been sitting under the heat lamp on the side for quite a while. By the time the last item arrives, the earlier ones will probably be stale. The drink station is also very messy, with a lot of trash around. Overall, this has been the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in America. After writing my review, I also looked at other people’s comments. In general, everyone is complaining about the same issues. Yet McDonald’s keeps sending survey offers asking customers to “provide more details so we can understand the problem better.” Honestly, this feels insincere to me. If they simply looked at the Google reviews, they would already see the pattern: upside-down burgers, burgers with no patty, empty nugget boxes, dirty environment, slow preparation times, unfriendly staff, poor management, and dirty, slippery floors. Putting up yellow “wet floor” warning signs may help avoid certain legal responsibilities, but the reality is that the floors are not slippery because of water or soap — they are sticky and greasy from oil. The overall cleanliness level is extremely poor. I asked the supervisor for their name so I could share my experience with McDonald’s corporate, but they refused to give it. I can’t help but feel that they are aware of the poor service quality and prefer not to be personally identified. The employees see what’s happening, yet the service continues in the same way. What’s even more concerning is that surely there must be higher-level inspectors or corporate representatives overseeing these locations. However, with so many similar complaints, the lack of improvement is troubling. It makes me wonder if there is a mindset of “customers have no choice; they’ll keep coming anyway.” In my previous reviews and direct complaints to stores, I’ve often felt dismissed rather than taken seriously. Unfortunately, my current impression is that McDonald’s has accepted this standard and does not truly take customer feedback into account.
