  If I could give less than one star I would but I was also too busy chasing my burger as it was mooing down the freeway… on top of raw burgers I kept getting weird looks from the staff as I stood waiting for all the drinks in the orders. Not to mention missing the Huntrix meal cards… you know… the whole reason people order the fancy meal 🤷🏼‍♀️

  Very slow service and gave our food seperately. I also had to wait like 10 + minutes for my drink.

  Sigh..EDIT: well everything wasss going smooth with this mcdonalds. Visited the other one on 10th and had a horrible experience (40 minute wait for food dining in) so they gave me a free coupon for a sandwhich when they finally brought me my meal burnt. Came back today to this mcdonalds since it had been better. Got my kid his happy meal (they forgot the toy .. no biggie I went and got it no issues). Then sat down to eat my free fish filet and HOW DO YOU MESS UP A RECTANGLE FILET WITH HALF A PEICE OF CHEESE? I mean if it was drive through ok cuz sandwiches get tossed around in a bag but I opened my sandwich at the table and it was upside down and the bun was slid off and cheese had melted making me have to tear my filet apart to get the bun in a position I could eat it. Sigh. Used my free coupon for another messed up sandwich. On the bright side I didn't have to wait 45 minutes and the place was clean and the staff were professional and helpful. Just sad about the filet whi . Literally has only 4 components (filet, sauce, 1/2 slice of American, and a bun). Server must have picked it up upside down or cook put it in the box that way idk.. oh well. Not gonna complain but letting u guys know. These two mcdonalds here in Greatfalls need some work. Especially the one up in 10th. Same owner for both. I changed by score to a two because I van never get rid of these free sandwhich coupons when they mess up the order and give you more free sandwhiches.. I want to PAY AND I WANT IT WORTH PAYING FOR. please owners... I DM you on fb messenger please get your stores together. Came for lunch on a Saturday so my 5 year old could play. Saw staff actively working very hard to keep the play area clean. The food came quickly and was cooked perfectly. Also was very pleased to see a manager walk through and ask every table if everything was OK with their orders and is there anything he can do for me and the people around me. I was literally floored with how great it was. Good change from the last time I was here.
