- HAharpreet aulakhNov 9, 20241.0Had bad experience today. Being short staffed does not mean that available staff can or has to be rude with customers. One of the employee named , Jojo who was working in subway not only was extremely unpleasant but also messed up my order. When I pointed it out, employee gave an excuse that they were short staffed. If one cannot be nice when providing customer service, then they shouldn’t be in this business at all.
