We usually don't eat subway because we'll people just are not friendly. Last night we stopped in to the store at 1600 10th Ave s. In Greatfalls Montana to grab a sandwich right after work. Roland was working he was their closer.
This young man was so awesome! His coustmer service his patients just ever about the way he handled 2 indecisive people was spot on! Such a friendly guy. More Roland's are what every business needs!
I hope someone from corporate actually sees this and gives Roland some recognition!

When I entered there was no line and an employee poked their head around the corner and retreated. A few moments later someone else came out and ask “what can I get for you bud.” Then they proceeded to rush through the entire process seeming annoyed, making me feel unwelcome the entire time. After they finished making the sandwich they literally tossed it on the counter… I know people don’t want to work these days and they hate their unglamorous jobs, but this is a direct reflection of ownership and their mission. I believe their mission is to hire unskilled, desperate people, at the lowest wages possible so that they can get their owner pockets fat. This is the case at many places these days and just another poor experience at a lack luster restaurant who doesn’t value their customers. I am a customer service expert and this experience will make me spend my money elsewhere. Good luck owners, you need it bad.

Tried to order meatball sub but was told they only had enough for 6 inch and were not making anymore because it was after 6pm. It was 607pm
