- KBK B4 days ago4.0The burgers were decent but the fries were terrible. Heavily over seasoned and salted to the point no-one was able to eat them. A place like this not even getting the basics correctly like properly seasoning fries is a serious concern. Then when concern was brought up about wasted money on terrible fries nothing was done to correct error besides a generic mass produced email. It’s clear five guys don’t care about customer satisfaction especially at this location. Edit: I’m upping my review from 2 stars to 4 stars as customer service corrected the issue by issuing me a partial refund for the ruined french fries. The fact this company took my complaint seriously and fixed the issue means they have earned my repeat business.

I have not only personally engaged in conversation with five guys employees who are on the spectrum but also watched their employees interact with people without homes...allowed them to sit inside and eat their can of soup in peace!!!!! I have never witnessed such compassion and acceptance with any other restaurant. Thank you Five Guys for being the example

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
