- MNmadison nisbetDec 23, 20251.0‼️DISCLAIMER‼️ before reading this i would like to say i am NOT mad about not getting a refund or a re-made pizza that’s not what my issue was.. i came in on sunday evening and ordered a pizza. didn’t take long but what threw me off is they don’t wear hair nets or use gloves. i don’t care if it’s going in the oven and “the germs will get killed” absolutely not that is so unsanitary especially coming from someone who works in food. i brought my pizza home and there was a long blonde hair incorporated in my pepperoni it was disgusting. here’s my issue - i called them and explained my problem and i was accused of lying that’s what pissed me off. not only do the employees not wear the proper attire for the workplace but when customers see it they get told they’re lying. horrible customer service i will not be returning anytime soon.

I’m not sure why I keep ordering from them as my pizza is always missing a topping and there’s always 1-2 items missing. Tonight takes the cake though, I’m not sure how many brain cells Evan has as a delivery driver but dropping a pizza off on a doorstep when the temperatures are below freezing and not even bothering to knock makes ya wonder if he even graduated from high school.
