  I would like to shoutout the gentleman working tonight ~9pm on Wed. Feb. 25. I had a coupon for a free shake in the app, he said they didn't have the computer software but still honored the app deal and gave me the free shake. A+ work sir, I will definitely be back!

  Excellent food, fast service and very clean. I had a order messed up once a few years back gave me a complete meal of my choice FREE, not one other fast food place comes close to that!

  New box deal was pretty good. Didn't realize how small the sliders from the value menu were, but should have known based on price. May have been shorted fries, but my wife couldn't find the receipt to verify her order.

  They in fact do not support veterans on Veterans Day or active duty for that matter. Advertised they give a free roast beef sandwich yet told me they never heard about that so they don’t do that for free. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman…used to like eating at Arby’s but now…will never 👎🏽 step foot into an Arby’s..will be spreading the word to everyone.

  Have a newborn baby so placed a moblie order. Can a few minutes after the app said it was ready to pickup. Get there and they were trying to find my order so they had me pull all the way up. As I was waiting for my food they gave the customer behind me their food so they sat there honking at me but I couldn't go because I had no food. Get home and ordered a large fry for it to not even be half full. And was really excited to try the new steak sandwiche for half the sandwich to be empty and it was basically just pickles! DO NOT GO HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! My order was over $30 for garbage!!
