- MMMollyFeb 26, 20261.0We were trying to get help at the register cause something didnt ring up right. We called the employee to help but he acted like it was a big deal, saying so rude as if we rushed him "what, what, what is it. Theres like 10 of you" and we didnt rush him, we jsut asked for help since he was standing there doing nothing but watching us the whole time before we asled for help. He was rude the entire time. Everytime we go to Albertsons its employees are always so rude.

Yes, people are going to steal things, what makes you think getting rid of baskets is going to stop that? If someone wants to steal, they're going to do it with or without a basket. It's annoying and such a hassle to have to grab a huge cart for 10 items. Bring back the baskets and put tags on them so they are alerted when they leave the building!
