- HBH B4 days ago3.0I placed a grocery pick up and an RX pickup. The girl that brought the groceries out was kind when she talked to me and loaded them up for me which I appreciated so much due to having the stomach bug. The guy that brought the RX out on the other hand was a tool. The app wouldn’t let me get the order number pulled up, I think it glitched out when the grocery order was delivered and it thought the rx was too. The guy asked for the code which I was trying to locate at which point he said well I can’t give this to you without seeing the code. I told him I understand but am having a hard time finding it in the app and asked if he knew where I should look. He said I don’t know I don’t use the app I just run the department. I ended up finding it (on my own while he stood there and watched) and he gave me the medication. This guy acted like he had the power to hold my medication from me which in reality he doesn’t I would’ve just had to go inside and expose everyone to the stomach bug I have. Also the bar for “running the department” must be pretty low if all you are capable of doing is bringing out a prescription and you can’t help customers trouble shoot the platform that tells the you the info you need when it kinda seems like it’s been a problem before based on other reviews.

Deli/Bakery is one of the best I’ve seen inside a store. Shout out to Sarah K for her kindness and willingness to help out my Grandpa. That is rare .. especially on a busy day .. and I would shop at this store for that reason alone.
