They have reinvented the drive thru, it is now a drive thru and wait by the flag pole or go to stalls 1 and 2 and maybe they will give you the right order. It is the slowest mcdonalds drive thru ive ever gone through

Picture this, I walk into this location at 5:30 SHARP. I order at a kiosk, the front is crowded and I have bad fibromyalgia, standing long is not an option. I order the grinch meal, looks decent (enough)
I am then greeted by not only the wrong order, but it is a Big Mac absolutely slathered in Big Mac sauce. And when I say slathered, I mean the amount a sea snail would leave on the ocean floor.
Not only was I rattled by this initial opening of the box, but my taste buds were equally as upset.
I shift my curiosity towards the fries which are indeed cold. I take a nibble, and spit the rest into the FULL trash can.
Not only was this my second horrible experience here, but they forgot my sauce. The icing on my horrible experiences cake.
To sum this up I am deeply disappointed. Not even ten free Big Macs could make up for the absolute gut wrenching pain in my heart after this experience. Do better, McDonald’s.

Everytime we go they take 50 million years to get our food. We are always having to pull up next to the flag pole and them they still take forever. They also never give you everything you order so you are getting scammed of your money. They had us waiting for 30 minutes just for 2 cheeseburgers. This is unacceptable.

Arrived just before 10:30 am and eas going to order breakfast. While at the till I was told I could no longer order breakfast since in 3 second it was changing to the lunch menu. So I ordered the chicken sandwich. It came after 20 minutes with a piece of chicken and 3 small pickles. No condiment of any kind on the sandwich. It was terrible and hardly warm.
