  I gave Wendy's more than one chance, and somehow the experience got worse the second time. The first visit, I ordered a hamburger and the meat was raw in the middle-completely unacceptable. Figured it might've just been a bad day, so I went back a few weeks later to give them another shot. Big mistake. I ordered a couple of chilies, and both were barely half full. On top of that, my "large" fry looked like it had maybe ten fries in it—if that. It honestly felt like they just didn't care. The only silver lining is that butte is finally getting more restaurant options, and that's a good thing. At least we won't have to keep relying on this kind of lazy, disappointing service from fast food places anymore. Do better—or people will keep taking their business elsewhere.

  Burgers were slimy lettuce was slimy. Nothing was fresh. The french fries were rock hard and ice cold like they’ve been sitting there all day. Usually I have an excellent food there so I don’t know what’s going on.

  Every time I come here and order food, the always make sure to give you minimum fries, I bought a small fry, and they gave me it a quarter of the way full. Very unprofessional.

  Way to go forgetting ALL the sauces for 3 orders of nuggets. Seriously, no one thought for a second "uh, people like to dip their nuggets in sauce right?"

  Got handed a drink that was very obviously not the coke I ordered (look and smelt like sprite with rements of the Dr.Pepper we also got) . Got told "thats just how it is" by the night window girl. Immediately dumped it in the parking lot after being told that since I'm not risking my wellbeing for people who very obviously will not do their job correctly. Will stop coming in the nights if this is the quality its going to be. Coke is not a clear drink, serious retraining needs to take place if thats what theyre taught.
