  The day we went into Subway, it was lined up! Molly was by herself and handled it like a pro. Every person was welcomed and their sandwiches were made with perfection. The wait in line that day was worth it because Molly smiled and chatted just like we were thr only ones there. The line was quickly taken care of. The food area was kept clean and tidy. There should be more people like Molly! Thanks again Molly! 💯

  I had a disappointing experience at the Subway inside Town Pump in Butte, MT. After placing my order, I witnessed an interaction between an employee and another customer that was concerning. The customer, who appeared to have a language barrier, was trying to order a protein wrap. Instead of being patient or helpful, the employee (a blonde woman with tattoos) spoke to him in a frustrated and dismissive tone, repeatedly asking if he had ordered it before and telling him no changes could be made. When he tried to clarify his request, she snapped at him rather than taking a moment to explain or assist. I asked why modifications weren’t allowed, as it didn’t appear to be a pre-made item, and she responded rudely, saying it was “because of cost,” without any further explanation. When I went to pay, the interaction didn’t improve. I asked for my receipt, and she tossed it on the counter instead of handing it to me. I said “thank you,” and received a curt “yup” in return. Customer service should include basic courtesy and patience, especially when someone may be struggling to communicate. Unfortunately, this experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the business.

  I have been going here for years and service has always been very good. I will say the last three times I have been in there the lady’s working have been absolutely amazing and great with my young child making conversation with him about dinosaurs because he had one on his shirt I do have to say they have made the experience a absolute pleasure

  These ladies behind the counter were amazing. Lost my dad a few days ago in my feels but walking in there you could feel the positive vibes. And the love in them sandwiches . Great job ladies keep it up. Not many places have great atmospheres anymore.

  The ladies behind the counter this afternoon are PHENOMENAL! Great sandwiches and even better customer service. They made sure we had all we needed and spoiled my grandbabies like they were their own. Thank you ladies! You made our quick road trip bite the best experience with full tummies and lots of smiles.
