Why the cashier didn't tell him that and let him stand there for so long is beyond me. And then the person had the audacity to be rude about it. Unprofessional as hell

I just sat out front for an hour and a half waiting for the opening manager to show up so my teenage son can go to work. The original manager scheduled didn’t even show up. A replacement manager showed up. This is the most unprofessional, embarrassing, fast food location I’ve ever seen.
