  We ordered through the drive thru about 8 times in the last two weeks. We like Taco Bell but it is NEVER made correctly. I always have to go back and get it made correctly. I order vegetarian options everytime and I always end up with beef. We ask for sauce to be left off, it’s on there. Or like tonight we got a completely different order. We went back and had the right order made again, thinking we didn’t need to check it. Got home, had missing and wrong items again. Are the people working there inebriated on a consistent basis? I worked at Taco Bell in high school, it may be labor intensive but not complicated by any means. The staff being under the influence is the only thing I can think of that causes this issue every single time.

  Friday 8:30pm Feb 13th. Placed drive thru order. Waited at the window several minutes. No one showed up. Awful.

  Our order only had 3 different items, one being a quesadilla without sauce. Not only did they put sauce on it, they also managed to cut it with the lack of any normalcy, I could only wonder if I could do better, drunk, high & blindfolded. The answer is the same as next time we're eating out & considering somewhere else to eat...most definitely. I went home & made a cheese wrap for my daughter to replace the sad excuse for food they'd given us.
