  One employee working a Friday night. Sells subs on the app that can't be made (toaster shut off early). Can't even process a refund before making the sandwich so I had to watch her make something I didn't even want. Why is this franchise owner complete garbage? Figure it out.

  The drive thru is apparently not used. Ordered online - order was wrong. No mention of being out of anything. Wrong bread. Ordered it toasted - sandwich was not toasted. Bread was somehow both soggy and hard as a rock. I'm pretty sure it was microwaved. Sandwich had bits of ingredients I didn't order. Worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Should have driven to safeway and bought a loaf of bread and some ham. Never eating here again.

  Every time l order a sandwich that is toasted they NEVER toast it , I paid 20 dollars for a meal for them not to do all the steps.. I used to work at subway and you'd have to be super lazy for every time I order delivery not toast a sandwich.. I couldn't get a hold of them through the phone to ask them for the 4 rth time I ordered it's not completed or not toasted... Please just do your job! It's not hard to read simple directions. Also this is wheat old bread so it looks darker in the photo.. definitely not toasted tho and no sauce either :/

  Stopped at the Subway on Montana Street this past Sunday with my daughter while heading back to Oregon from helping my son move in Wyoming. The bigger guy working was very friendly and polite even though it was busy, he stayed calm and still took the time to ask how we were doing. Real nice guy and a good talker. The girl, Kendraye i think her name was, was polite too, just a little quiet but sweet. The place looked clean for the most part a couple tables needed wiping, but she went and cleaned them right after. Food was good and fresh, no complaints there. Only thing I didn’t care for was how cold it was inside felt like walking into an icebox 🥶after being out in the cold. Other than that, it was a nice stop and good service.
