I'm here all the time but this time i ordered, didn't give me the right sandwich so i went through again and also ordered another item. when i got to the window to receive my food it was a young blonde haired hispanic girl with nails on, ive seen her previously shes pretty nice but this time she handed me a bag and she shut the window. i didn't get my drink so i got her attention and said i don't have my drink so she points at a soda and she asks me if that's mine, gave it to me then i drove off and she yelled wait. by this point i was about 6 feet away. i reverse and she asks me if that's my food or not. it indeed was but i had two bags of food. she said sorry and handed me the other bag. why do your employees not even know what's going on? that's a major issue. i have never in my entire life of living in bozeman had such a experience at this location. this has always been my favorite wendy's in town and now i don't even wanna come back since apparently nobody has any idea what's going on. it's fast food not rocket science. i love the manager here she's a lovely lady but everyone else doesn't know what's going on.
