There is zero accountability from Papa John’s on whether you actually get your food or not. After two and a half hours I called and spoke to the manager who explained this unfortunate situation and said “This happens regularly where they don’t deliver our food and there’s nothing we can do about it.” Then he had the gusto to ask me if I wanted them to remake my order. I can see why Papa John’s chose this guy as their local leadership. Three months later and I’m still waiting for that refund Mr. Manager. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.
