- DWDiana WaltherJan 30, 20262.0I got delivery. Papa John’s cheese sticks; they have always been very consistent. This last time they were crunchy but soggy at the same time and tasted off. I only was able to eat two sticks. The last few times I ordered pizza the taste was off as well.

There is zero accountability from Papa John’s on whether you actually get your food or not. After two and a half hours I called and spoke to the manager who explained this unfortunate situation and said “This happens regularly where they don’t deliver our food and there’s nothing we can do about it.” Then he had the gusto to ask me if I wanted them to remake my order. I can see why Papa John’s chose this guy as their local leadership. Three months later and I’m still waiting for that refund Mr. Manager. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

The expertise it takes to coordinate the magic of creation to delivery in these trying times is outstanding. The crew that create the magic are some the best I ever had the chance of interacting with. I love Papa John's the food outweighs all the negative press.
