  I spend a lot of money at this location order here sometimes 3 times a week for my family. I have trust issues with food sometime and this was my comfort but last night I had something like 3 red worm looking things coming out of the side of my turkey and I was so disgusted I had couldn’t eat it. Threw it away and scrubbed my mouth after dry heaving and had to shower I felt gross. Called to let them know and was told they couldn’t refund or credit my whole sandwich. I’m sorry no terrible customer service and will not be giving my hard earned money here anymore that is an inhumane thing to find in your food and expect someone to eat it and not refund or make it right. Filing a dispute and not coming back.

  Great customer service!!! Everyone was very helpful and working fast. Tasty food! Definitely recommend

  Food was subpar with what tasted like hard day-old bread. And the staff were rude with no management around to rangle them in. Will not be going back.

  Just went in get a meal, charged an extra 25 cents for a cookie, how is that no included with the meal, these restaurants are starting to get really cheap these days even after they over price stuff. On top of that the employee yells at me when I leave being a smart alic to me. Horrible experience worst place to go!! I expect a free meal!!!! After dealing with these employees!!!!

  We ordered catering from another vendor in town and they failed to produce our order we had placed earlier in the week. Called up Jimmy Johns, not only did they fill the large order, but they completed it in 15 minutes beating the hour time they said it would take. They rock!
