I love Chipotle and eat it often, but this is by far the worst location I have ever been to, and it has reached a point where I feel compelled to say something. The portion sizes are consistently unacceptable. One particular employee(the blond girl) is incredibly stingy, giving half scoops of nearly everything, which is frustrating and embarrassing as a paying customer. It feels intentional, and it completely ruins the experience. She also always seems to have an attitude for no good cause. She was working at around 5:20 December 31. The bigger issue, however, is the food quality, especially the chicken. It is either undercooked, full of gristle, burnt, or some unpleasant combination of all three. Biting into tough, chewy gristle over and over again is disgusting and unacceptable for a restaurant charging these prices. Also, the fajita veggies always end up extremely burnt. Management is clearly part of the problem. This location feels completely mismanaged. I have walked in multiple times to find the staff acting like they are at a party—music blasting, people yelling, zero sense of professionalism or organization. It does not feel like a restaurant being run properly at all. This is the only Chipotle location I have ever experienced that has gotten this bad, and it is incredibly disappointing because I genuinely like the brand. At the rate this location is going, it feels like it is headed for complete failure unless serious changes are made. This store needs new management, better training, and immediate attention to food quality and customer service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
