Stood at the counter for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. There was one guy in front of me when I arrived and 3 employees working the food line. Another gentleman was cleaning the grill in preparation for closing. I understand that there are to go and drive through orders to handle, but to not even acknowledge a customer standing there waiting to put in an order (“hey I’ll be right with you”) — never seen that before. Maybe I need to frequent crappy fast food restaurants more often. Was like they resented my presence showing up 35 minutes before closing. Walked out without ordering and picked up a steak at T&C and saved myself $16 and further indignity. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
