    The cashier wandered behind the counter doing what looked like nothing of any importance while we and another party waited a few minutes for him to decide to take our order. The roast beef and cheddar sandwich was astonishingly subpar, and the tenders were very dry. The curly fries were not very curly, as the majority of them were less than an inch in length. The quality here has definitely nosedived the last couple years.

    When my family and myself went there tonight not only did the two kids employees mess around but the one that was taking the orders put us on pause in the middle of our ordering! Then made us sit for a few minutes before coming back to finish our order. Not only that I know I asked for not one but two roast beef cheddar classics just the sandwiches and there was no cheese or sauce and instead rang me up for just two roast beef’s without the stuff! And on top of that this is the second time we’ve gone there and my husbands asked for not a lot of BBQ sauce and it was like he wasn’t even heard! It’s a good thing he’s not allergic just saying! This isn’t the first time my family and I have had these types of issues with this particular store. Will be taking my service elsewhere and will start telling family and friends not to waste their money or time there since neither of those seem to be a priority. Tonight I spent over $40

    My sister, my son and I stopped to have lunch at Arby’s in Bozeman last week. There were two people waiting on people. Front counter and drive through. We ordered, sat down, waited 20 minutes for our order. Drive through lady finally asked us what we needed and gave us our order. However, I had to go back for sauces. She slammed them on the counter. I said, what did they all leave you here alone? She yelled “ they had a very stressful day!” I said well I won’t cause them anymore stress. Which she answered, you’re stressing me out now! We are, I went back to the counter and she said what? I said I would like to speak to the manager. She replied, I am the manager. I then saw the store manager walk in. Told her the story and she was very professional and offered free food to make it better. I refused and told her I couldn’t believe that girl was a manager and she needed to stop any employees from talking to customers like that and had she been my manager, I would have fired her on the spot!! Grade is a big fat “F”!!
