  The food and employees were awesome but it was kind of a hole in the wall when I went to pick our food up. I am glad I didn't suggest to bring the family to dine in.

  Went in for diner in ordered 2 small combos., waited over 50 minutes and when I got my food it was ice cold

  Reminds me of Popeyes on Southside. Food is good (or as expected), customer service needs improvement, and they’re ALWAYS out of something.

  I took my wife out to dinner and she loves hot wings and therefore she loves Wingstop… This is not to get something for free or to put somebody down.… They have the music so loud that it actually hurt her ears, and you can hardly even talk to somebody so it made the dining experience, not even enjoyable at all… It reminds me of a ship without a captain because the crew was running that restaurant… They were out of Coke zero… They were out of carrots for the veggie sticks… They were out of paper towels… So it just wasn’t very well managed restaurant… The music was so loud. It was like they don’t have a music in the back so they wanted the music upfront where they could hear in the back which is crazy cause they’re just behind a wall, but it just wasn’t a fun experience at all. Hopefully, they’ll do better.

  I received the wrong order. When I contacted the store, I asked what they can do to help. I was pushed off the phone and told to contact doordash. Pathetic
