    I had an incredibly rude and frustrating experience here. We pulled up with only two cars ahead of us and no one behind, so there was no reason for things to feel rushed or chaotic. When they first took our order, we started with one item, but then there was complete silence. No response at all. After a pause, the employee came back on the intercom and abruptly said, “Go ahead, I had to do something else,” as if we were the inconvenience. When I repeated the order, he immediately became irritated and hostile. He snapped at us, saying we couldn’t order a number 1 or 2, and insisted loudly that he had already told us that. I calmly apologized and explained that I hadn’t heard him say that, but instead of clarifying, he raised his voice even more and kept repeating himself in an aggressive, condescending tone, emphasizing that he had said it “loud and clear.” The situation felt completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. At that point, I simply said “okay, thanks” and drove off. I won’t be returning to this location after being treated that way.

    I ordered a large meal, about 75 dollars for my family. They missed one of my burgers, so that family member got no dinner. The burger were so over cooked they were inedible. They didn’t get the burgers right with the proper toppings. A couple of weeks ago I went through the drive through and the girl in the widow was rude, wasn’t the first for the rude service. Well this the last time I ever eat at sonic. I will take my business elsewhere.

    This is not the first time that I have ordered through DoorDash for this location, something has been wrong every single time. This time I am missing a drink, no bacon on my sandwich and a pretzel. I called to inform the restaurant that items were missing and didn’t get a name of who I talked to but they were extremely rude and told me I had to go through DoorDash to fix their mistake. It’s not the dashers fault that the employees are incompetent and don’t make sure that the order is %100 accurate before handing it over to the dasher. Something needs to be done about this location.

    Note: just go to Dairy Queen, the food is FRESH and HOT and their employees are polite and do their job...I see DQ BUSY, Sonic never is and there is a REASON FOR IT!!!! Did an online order and waited for quite a while and had to push the button to ask about my order and she brings it right out then, it clearly was just sitting there. I would have thought I'd be getting fresh tots and bacon cheeseburger considering the long wait but that was not the case the tots were barely warm and they were not fresh and the burger was the same way. Sonic your STILL as bad as you've always been so bye to you, you still suck! My response to form letter of balogna... Shouldn't your employees ALREADY know this. Hey its your business they're messing over and not my problem all I can say is good luck to you and that incompetent crew you got going, Im certainly not wasting one red cent on crap at your location or any sonic since honestly you all are pathetic serving less than quality for more money than its worth....jus sayin.

    I love Sonic. And they got it right on the Smash burger...only place I've eaten a smash burger in Montana that's right. Problem is...they never have them .always say they are OUT! Not amused!! Get it right Sonic!!! 🤬
