I ordered a salad bowl with brisket and other fixings and normally I love the fat on brisket but this was disgusting.
I basically got a big glob of fat with a little bit of meat attached to it hardly any actual meat itself. Really pretty gross and they put such a small serving of brisket in to begin with and it wasn't even edible. Yuck 🤢

Only thing I have to gripe about is missing items. Not big ones. But the past two times I've been. They've been really busy and when I got home after making an online to pickup order I noticed black beans missing from my order the first time. Then the second time I ordered the same way I noticed that the sauce I specifically ordered was missing. Been there a few times and it's always corrected so it gets a 5 star review. Great food. Amazing taste and never overcooked or under cooked.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I understand that it is National Burrito Day, but it happens every year, and the store would have known about the promotion in advance. That gives no excuse for the terrible service.
I ordered through DoorDash, and my delivery driver waited over an hour for just two entrées to be prepared. When I called the store to check on the delay, Linda, the manager, answered and was very disrespectful. She hung up on me when I simply asked about my order. The driver also told me that Linda was being rude and disrespectful to everyone there.
I’ve worked in the food industry for over ten years, so I understand the chaos that comes with promotions like this. But there is never an excuse for a manager to treat customers poorly. I will be reporting this behavior to corporate because Linda’s actions are unacceptable.

I usually go to chipotle when I’m craving a steak burrito. However chipotle has gotten to be so expensive i thought I might try out QDOBA. I placed an order via delivery through the app (big mistake) it took almost two whole hours to receive it. I let that slide and decided to just enjoy my food. I ordered a steak burrito with a side of chips and queso. I will say that the queso was delicious. The burrito? Almost flavorless and missed majority of my toppings. The chips aren’t the best either. When contacting the store the lady i spoke with was very rude. Loved the price, will not be coming back.

Corporate needs to allow stores to shut off online ordering. Today is national burrito day and they have a huge sale, store did not manage online/in-person ordering well. I went thru the line to tell them I had an online order and they told me to go wait. They then proceeded to continue with over a dozen people in line before getting to my order. I genuinely could have gone through the line and ordered over four times (I counted) before I got my order. There’s no reason I should have waited 45 minutes in store, 60 minutes since order placed, when they were clearly pushing thru in-person orders MUCH quicker. In the future, consider order in, order out. Not sticking the online orders to the wall until they come in and tell you they’re there, just to wait for another dozen customers to get around to them.
TLDR; don’t order online thru them, they do not manage it well. Just go in person and deal with the line
