  I had a really frustrating experience here. I placed a simple online order for a cheeseburger and went through the drive-thru. When I gave my code at the speaker, I was told everything was good and to pull up to the first window. At the first window, the employee immediately had a rude attitude and asked what I ordered. I explained it was under this name and gave the code, but instead of helping, she responded with attitude and asked if i had even told anybody at the speaker or just drove right through. She then suggested that maybe someone else had taken my order and reciept, like it was somehow my fault. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. She then shut the window without resolving anything, and after a few minutes told me to go to the second window—again, with no apology, no explanation, and no basic customer service like “thank you” or “have a good day.” For such a simple order, this was way more difficult than it should have been. The lack of communication and rude behavior made the experience really disappointing.

  You can dine in, go thru Driver thru, eat in, or pick up at the counter or wait in your car during day light hours. Friendly atmosphere and nice positive staff.
