  Part of the reason why I enjoyed krispy kreme was going into the lobby to see all the different kinds of donuts they had. This place can't even hire good workers to keep a lobby open. That's what you get when you rely on gen Z for help. I will not do business at this place unless the lobby is open.

  Passing through and seen KK on the map. We had to grab a dozen!! The lobby was closed. Went through the drive through. The lady took our order quickly. We pulled up to the window you could smell that wonderful smell!! She has them donuts ready and Lord have mercy they were excellent!!! Excellent!! Highly recommend!

  I stopped by the Krispy Kreme in Billings, Montana, and grabbed some of their Easter-themed donuts and they were a huge hit in the office! Fresh, fluffy, and perfectly decorated for the holiday, they brought smiles all around. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Definitely a go-to spot for a sweet treat or seasonal goodies!

  Never have anything in stock. Everything is always cold and stale. Got charged for specialty donuts and got basic donuts. Do better!!!!

  This is nothing towards the specific location. Bummed me up Krispy Kreme in a very long time like last time I was living anywhere near one they shut it down so it was kind of cool to be able to eat some donuts that I know we're going to be really good what's the part that got me bummed out is that this whole shrinkflation saying how do you even hit the freaking Krispy kremes I want to know you know not eating their donuts and probably I don't know 7/8 years or so to finally get them,and be super stoked open the boxes I ordered online when I got home and my poor fat kid heart got broken just a little baby donuts when my heart was set on eating one and being good with it it was almost like you had to eat several to be satiated off of one old Krispy Kreme donut a roundabout way I guess is probably better because then you're not eating as much carbs and sugar the store is a kick in the pants when you're like so stoked for something and then by the time you get it it's not what you thought it was service was great it tasted delicious probably the friendliest cashier I've ever met but it just has to do with the sizes and that's nothing that that store or any other local store can do about it it's a corporate problem not a franchise problem.They tasted good don't get me wrong I felt like Tallahassee in zombieland where he just wants some twinkies and kept getting the snowballs
