  Patrick was awesome 👌 handled my order fast and got me out the door in a timely manner. Great customer services, he suggested the hot honey and garlic parm. And Cajun corn and OMG it was good was a long line and busy. I will be back.

  Took our order in person. Told us it would be 15 minutes. After 30 minutes they began giving food to people who arrived after us. Checked on our food. They asked us to wait for another ~5-10 minutes. After additional waiting, they brought out our food (to go) and apologized. Stated that the food was 'redropped' and fresh. We got home (5 minutes away) and opened the food. 5 wings were hot. The rest of the food had been sitting and was not even warm. Also managed to not give us one of our chicken fingers on top of it all. Definitely won't be visiting them again during the short period they will manage to stay open.

  If I could have gave zero stars I would’ve. They gave me cold wings that clearly had been sitting and out of 20 pieces only 2 of them was flats the rest was drums. They clearly used my order to make up for the all flats order that they charge extra for then push all the drums off on the next customer. When I called they was very rude and kept putting different people on the phone and no one solved my issues basically told me there was nothing they could do. You never know what a person is going through and I’m glad my fiancé calmed me down because I was on my way to this store to tell them where to shove all them nasty wings. Next time I won’t be so nice I work hard for my money and it ended up being wasted because I did not eat the cold nasty wings.

  It's not that Wingstop is bad, cuz it's not. It's just incredibly ordinary. All the chicken options obviously come frozen. Again, not a big problem. I love chicken and I don't tell others how to run their business. Unfortunately, the tenders were almost exactly like what you get at Perkins, and that's not Perkins specialty. Same goes for the wings and chicken sandwich, although I like the chicken sandwich here. The sauces are what separates them from the others, but the difference is negligible. I might still eat here in the future, but it's probably not going to be my first choice for chicken in Billings. Dave's Hot Chicken is hands down the best chicken restaurant in Billings.

  Atmosphere is at a 2 considering the public of Billings, MT want to come here and project all their anger onto the employees and as you can see, google as well. The first time I came closer to opening day, they were on time! Now, they have absolutely been transparent with wait times. My food is hot, fresh, and I get to eat that night. Who cares really what time you get your food if you get to eat? Billings is full of nothing but righteous, whiny little itches. I appreciate the workers for handling the public so well because I’d grab collars and slam them to the counter by the register if 1 person talked to me the way people have to them. Keep up the good work. Shame on you Billings!!!!
