I believe the issue is that inside customers sre on the same wait list as pick up services, where the prep person thinks they have 5-10 minutes to put the order together. Our order was behind two pick up service orders, so needless to say we waited and waited while the drive thru line just flowed right on through. Don’t go inside at this place or you’ll get a cold burger like I did.
