The managers try hard.
I recognize a difference over the last 6-8 months and appreciate the efforts taken to at least make things better should things go wrong.
I’ve honestly not dealt with poor attitudes , backlash or had any issues getting orders corrected etc since I spoke to the managers last summer.
COMMUNICATION IS KEY I’m glad I advocated for myself and pray I continue to have decent experiences here .

Okay what in the actual he// happened to wendy’s?! Wendy’s used to be our go to spot cheap, food was always good & warm, employees were so kind. We have gone 3 times now within the last two months each time were extremely disappointed the foods been cold every single time the patties feel dry the lettuce sour barely any sauce on the burgers fries barely cooked or burnt to a crisp and employees act like they dont literally get paid to make food and be nice and respectful. never seen such bad customer service in my life and i did it for 4 years. i don’t know who the wendy’s manager is right now but respectfully you need to get your employees and your store in order. not to mention any time you go inside it’s filthy old food just everywhere flies literally in your face while you’re trying to eat just as a whole completely disorganized, filthy, i could honestly get better food from a gas station then what we’ve experienced lately. also since i’m on here ranting since when do you get charged for SAUCE .

Horrible service. The server/register person got the whole order wrong. Someone should be with ppl like that to make sure they put orders in correctly. Terrible job. Wasn't very clean. Terrible experience. Will not go to this one again. Will go to one across town instead of this mess of a place.

Ordered online. Got the order, was missing an item. Went in to inquire about it. Got some many looks like, "WE didn't do THAT. We ALWAYS get the orders right." When I pointed out that my sandwich was missing egg and even opened it to SHOW them, along WITH the receipt SHOWING that the sandwich was supposed to have egg. That's when they FINALLY decided that they made a mistake, and that I could have my sandwich made correctly. They really "LOVE" working there I see. Their attitudes are just..."wonderful" will be sure to not come by for breakfast anymore. McDonald's may get the order wrong 99% of the time, but at least they make it right by the customer. So, I will just take my business to them.
