    Slowest service ever on multiple occasions I have spen an hour waiting for food. At this taco bell slowest service and to boot it's most likely you don't get what you order. I urge everyone to stop coming here so they will be forced to close the store and the space can be used for anything else at all no matter what it becomes it will be an improvement

    Horribly slow. An hour plus wait in the drive thru. Used to be the best Taco Bell in Billings but has really went to crap the last year or so. Service and management is horrible

    This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen in my life. It's a joke. I am currently sitting in the drive thru. I have been here for an hour and 10 minutes and still have not placed an order. How can they possibly operate like this?

    Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Pulled up to the drive thru and the person at window said “one second.” Heard nothing for 5-10 minutes until we said “hello?” And then the person responds “my bad” and proceeded to take our order. There was no fork put in the bag for the chicken bowl and the cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t even melted, as if they had just thrown it in and sent it out. Taco Bell, do better.
