Trashiest thing you could ever do as an establishment is ensure more space for those at your business and going through it but close it off for more than 8 months out of the year. Worst TB building there is in Billings

🕒 Time & Line 7:23 PM: Entered drive-thru for an online order (about 3 cars ahead) First window: Polite, professional greeting; I gave my name and was directed forward 7:27 PM: Reached pickup window; food was handed out very fast (almost concerningly fast) 🧾 Receipt Issue (Major) Immediately asked for a printed receipt to verify the purchase Employee refused, stating they don’t print receipts for online orders and it’s only available in the app It appeared they tried to locate it first, then defaulted to that explanation This was the biggest problem of the visit—basic verification shouldn’t be a fight 🥤 Drink — Diet Pepsi Heavy ice Low carbonation / tasted flat Mix tasted weak, like the syrup ratio was off 🌮 Item 1 — Cheesy Gordita Crunch Build / Presentation Stuffed with lettuce to the point it felt like filler Inner shell cracked in multiple places Cheese placement was off—more on top of lettuce than on the meat Cheese that should’ve been melted was clearly not melted Sauce (ranch-style) was very minimal Meat portion was skimpy (thin layer at the bottom only) Taste / Texture Overall felt cold/lukewarm Outer tortilla was gooey and sticky (wet flour texture), not seasoned, unpleasant to handle Score: 2.3/10 🌯 Item 2 — Beef 5-Layer Burrito (Requested VERY light sour cream) First bite at the end was basically sour cream and cheese Took deeper bites and it was still overwhelming sour cream I requested light sour cream but received what tasted like extra Very little meat, if any; too much cheese overall Accuracy: 0/10 Taste: 1/10 🌡️ Temperature (Measured) Checked with a thermometer: both items were ~120°F For these items, that’s lukewarm, not “served hot,” and it matched the unmelted cheese and overall texture ✅ What went well Friendly first-window greeting Quick handoff (but speed didn’t translate to quality) ❌ What didn’t Receipt refusal Flat/weak drink Poor build quality and skimpy portions Customization ignored (light sour cream) Food served lukewarm (~120°F) Overall I know this is a busy location, but busy doesn’t justify cold food, poor assembly, incorrect customization, and refusing a receipt. I’ve had Taco Bell done right and it can be legitimately great. This visit was not.
