Tonight I went through the drive thru on the way to work. I specifically asked for a Chalupa Box with beef.....and when I got to work, looked at it and it was chicken. Tried calling 10 times and no one answers the phone.

I placed an online order and drove to the store only to be told they were out of nuggets. I understand that items run out that happens. The issue was how it was handled.
They said they could offer a refund, but if we took the refund we wouldn’t get the rest of our food and would basically leave with nothing. That’s not a real solution that just puts my family in a worse position after already driving there and waiting.
No substitutions were offered, no effort was made to accommodate us, and the cashier was not helpful in the slightest. There was no attempt to make the situation right or provide any kind of customer service.
Very disappointing experience. How is that considered acceptable or exceptional service?

I work nights, and I end up being a frequent flyer at the Grand Ave. location around 1-3am. The crew at that time is my favorite and by far the best. The food is always handled with care, and I know it’s weird to say this about a fast food place, I swear it’s made with love. Dominic and Bruce are always nice and happy to see me and always welcoming.

Today was the third time I went in and ordered crunchwrap supreme that was so soggy it fell apart there was no toppings or anything inside of the thing other than dried up burger looking stuff and a soggy hard shell and cheese that was it It was paper thin. The chicken nuggets that were advertised 10 chicken nuggets with a drink and nacho fries were probably 5 to 6 hours old and burnt to a crisp and they still served them to me The mountain dew is flat and I absolutely do not enjoy going to the store anymore

Honestly which restaurant in this entire town has ever ran out of protein? No meat At a Taco Bell? Then I ask for a replacement that is literally cheaper than the mobile order I had already made, and that was still too hard for you. Sabrina you are doing an absolute crap job at this management game. Y’all need to do Better on your customer service skills for real, it’s old.
