Yes you employ a lot of young people but they still have to be professional. I can't hardly write this as I'm listening to some guy in the kitchen sing at the top of his lungs off-key. Another time the staff just totally ignored me and wouldn't even help me so I had to leave without any food. I guess immaturity is important for their resume.
